BDRC works in the service and public sectors. Specialities include brand strategy, product positioning, market segmentation, brand tracking, customer satisfaction, new product development, trade-off analysis and pricing. Research is undertaken either as ad hoc surveys, finding quick answers to urgent questions, or as syndicated projects involving a number of subscribers, often with a longer time scale.

Nearly 40% of BDRC revenue is generated by international research, co-ordinated on a global basis by working with established partner agencies. It's clients include 25 of the FTSE 100 as well as notable public sector organisations. Many are market leaders in hospitality, finance, travel & tourism and business services.
