Focus groups
A popular methodology and one where we're first port of call for those putting a programme of groups together. We're experienced in recruiting respondents with diverse backgrounds and disciplines, from members of the public through to directors of major corporations, via dentists, print room managers and IT professionals. As well as convening focus groups, we offer moderating and hosting services. Unusually among field agencies, we only charge for those who actually attend a group!
Tele-depth interviews
When time is limited or there's a smaller research universe, a programme of tele-depth interviews is the ideal solution. We regularly conduct projects of up to 100 interviews which provide valuable verbatim responses to colour-in a black and white set of statistics.
Face-to-face depth interviews
When you need to talk to high-level decision-makers in major corporations our track record in finding these respondent is impressive. In fact, we'll go to any lengths to talk to them - we've conducted face-to-face interviews in Europe, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong.
Telephone Interviews
If a combination of quantitative and qualitative results from the same set of respondents is called for, Perspective's qualitative department conducts projects of up to 200 interviews, at a price more akin to a quantitative project.
Desk Research
Our staff are expert at unearthing information from a variety of public domain sources, using the Internet, business libraries, trade organisations and government bodies. We can supplement this with selective telephone enquiries if hard-to-find information forms part of your brief.
