At Perspective our prime role is providing you with high quality data collection facilities. We have UK and international researchers skilled in all interviewing techniques, from a five minute telephone questionnaire to thirty minute tele-depth interviews to as-long-as-it-takes face-to-face probing.
Everything you need
Perspective is a fully-equipped operation with a powerful computer and telephone network. We use SPSS Quancept for our CATI systems, together with Quantum for analysis and tables. With in-house data processing, we can, if required, deliver an end-to-end project, from questionnaire design through to final tables on which our clients can build their own report and presentation. We're happy present alongside you, validating your conclusions with a view from the field.
Online research
In partnership with online specialists, we offer Internet research. We'll put the questionnaire online, host it at a secure site, then collect and tabulate the data. On completion we deliver you the results in exactly the same way as for a phone or paper-based research project. We deal with technical matters like design-for-web, routing, respondent and data validation, security and analysis, leaving you free to design the research and interpret the results.

We like to establish close working partnerships with you, and can contribute to project scope and design, briefings and debriefings. We enjoy meeting tight project criteria and deadlines, and pride ourselves on the quality of our work - so much so that we've adopted the ISO 20252 service standard.
