Committed to quality
All interviewers are Interviewer Quality Control Scheme approved (IQCS). To ensure the highest levels of data collection, all our researchers are trained in-house to our own exacting standards. All trainees have their work supervised on their first two assignments, as well as on an ad hoc basis for quality assurance.
As part of our commitment to quality, interviewers are accompanied a minimum of once a year and also have their current/previously submitted work reviewed by head office staff.
All our projects are back-checked; at least 10% of all respondents interviewed are re-contacted and asked to confirm that the interview took place. A selection of details is also verified to confirm the interviewer recorded the data accurately.
