Perspective Research Services has been running online surveys since 1997. All surveys are managed in-house. We offer secure online questionnaire hosting then we collect and tabulate the data. We deal with technical matters including design-for-web, routing, respondent and data validation, security and analysis, leaving you free to design the research and interpret the results. All data analysis is conducted in-house, and can be delivered in the same formats as with a telephone or face-to-face survey. We also have considerable expertise in devising web-based methods of presenting and analysing the data.
Online interviewing is supported by the Confirmit ASP service, which allows up to 50,000 page hits per day. The service is fully W3C triple A (AAA) compliant with regard to web content accessibility for people with disabilities.
Ensuring the quality of data delivered via online collection is paramount. We carry out the following quality checks:

Validating responses against the data we hold for respondents

Excluding those who complete the questionnaire too quickly (based on average times)

Reviewing open-ended answers for each respondent

Identifying unusual patterns in answers – for example, excessive use of ‘don’t know’
Because we are experienced in every form of data collection, we are able to compare the results from online data collection with traditional CATI research. This helps us understand any biases involved with using online research, and address them.
