Donna Parkinson
Field Services Director
Donna has been working in market research for 23 years. Starting as a telephone interviewer, she moved swiftly through the ranks to become Telephone Interviewing Manager at Infratest Burke (now part of TNS).
Following her maternity leave in 1996, she scaled down her 'hands-on' involvement to take a more active roll in staff training and quality management. Resuming her career in late 1999, she joined Perspective, responsible for our quantitative CATI unit, conducting supervisor and interviewer training. She was promoted to Field Services Director in 2004.
